Sales manager
Responsibilities
- Selling power machinery and engineering projects to the clients
- Active search for new clients
- Getting hold of new clients, keeping and developing relationships the current ones
- Fulfilling the sales plan
- Presenting reports according to the performed effort
Requirements
- University degree – preferably a technical discipline
- Experience fulfilling plans for cold calls, perceiving them as a standard practice
- Successful personal sales
- Knowledge of interpersonal business communication, skills of communicating with C-level management and decision makers, persuasion skills, resistance to stress
- Personal qualities: high levels of motivation and responsibility, social skills, determination to get to a successful result
- Readiness for short-term business trips (1-2 times a month)

- Working schedule 5/2 from 9:30 to 18:30
