Head of the sector specific sales
Responsibilities
- Selling systems of guaranteed power supply – Diesel Gensets, UPS, AC and ventilation systems
- Active search for clients and managing sales within a sector
- Fulfilling the sales plan
- Forecasting sales for the future periods
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the clients starting from the first contact till signing the contract
- Keeping good contact with decision makers on the client’s side
- Providing up-to-date information to the company regarding the changes in decision makers on the client’s side, and their degree of financial responsibility
- Managing the subordinates: planning, distributing the responsibilities, control and evaluation of current activity results
- Creating and supplying the Head of the Sales Department with regular reports
Requirements
- University degree – preferably a general technical discipline (additional economic and management degrees, special courses and seminars would be considered as an advantage)
- Project management skills within a specific segment
- Motivational and subordinate management skills
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Sales skills
- Experienced user of computer programmes (MS Office package, e-mail and internet browsers)
Conditions
- Working schedule 5/2 from 9:30 to 18:30
